Greetings,

As stated in the subject above, I have encountered an issue with my laptop, which the screen stucks on Tianocore logo and I couldn’t log in the Windows. The Tianocore logo kept on popping out on the screen and looping even I have plugged in the charger. I have tried many solutions as shown in Youtube and Google, unluckily there’s no improvement until now. I have attached an image of the problem below.

I have sent my laptop for repair but they are still trying to figure out the solution. I would like to ask for guidance/solution to remove the looping Tianocore logo since you are the owner of Tianocore.

I would really appreciate your respond because I really need my laptop for assignment purposes as I am a college student. I’m looking forward to receiving feedback from you soon.
