Hello!

I've noticed that the EFI_HII_CONFIG_ROUTING_PROTOCOL.ExportConfig()
function doesn't dump configurations for efivarstorage's.
But at the same time it is possible to get these configurations with
the call to the EFI_HII_CONFIG_ROUTING_PROTOCOL.ExtractConfig().

Is this behaviour correct?
