the process of generating a FMP capsule

Hello，
I work on the FMP capsule update. I wonder the process of generating a system update capsule image in the EDKII platform. The utility of GenerateCapsule under edk2/BaseTools/BinWrappers/PosixLike is called to generate a Capsule image, but in which makefile the utility is called and the parameters are provided, such as Certificate, input payload image and the output capsule file?
Another question is: what differance between BinPipWapper and BinWapper? which utility will be used during the EdkII generating a Capsule file?
