We are planning to add the following build option in package DSC files:
[BuildOptions]
*_*_*_CC_FLAGS = /D DISABLE_NEW_DEPRECATED_INTERFACES

The goal is to make sure that the deprecated APIs will not be used in our code.

Bus 93 didn't cover all the packages, this one is for packages maintained by
community.
