I've started to look at this again, and ARM seems very broken with errors in
winnt.h due to the include of Base.h, and AARCH64 is broken due to type
redefinitions.
At this point I'm wondering if I should just close this ticket and if someone
still wants to build ARM/AARCH64 on Visual Studio they could start again?
